Vehicle Description FOR SALE 1954 FORD RANCH WAGON, Price $54,000 obo.
Purchased in 2008 by our beloved late Mr.
Rantanen for a full body off restoration.
He has a scrapbook full of photos and documents to support years of effort.
He chose to keep many things original.
This vehicle is named Silver after the Lone Ranger's horse.
The lower body is painted a shinny newer Ford silver gray color, and the top is a darker silver gray.
This vehicle has had the brakes converted to power assisted front disk brakes.
The transmission is a Ford AOD automatic.
The engine is a Ford V8 351 Windsor.
The radio is a throw back with new technology including blue tooth capability.
AC System was added.
All of the electrical system upgraded to 12 volts including a red top battery.
All of the chrome and stainless steel trim was removed, repaired and reinstalled.
The interior is all new black and gray with 6 lap seat belts.
The fuel tank was removed and cleaned and new sending unit installed.
The engine is a bit of a beast, fires up every time.
Dual exhaust with a Holley Carb, new electric fuel pump and electric cooling fan.
New glass, door and glass rubber installed.
Power front windows with stock handles that act as the switches.
See it and drive it to appreciate it.
The total on the new odometer has less than 1,000 miles.
