is currently seeking a personable and responsible individual for the important position of Evening Services Representative to work part-time at beautiful Hancock Terrace Apartments, our 272 unit community located in growing Santa Maria.
POSITION SUMMARYThis evening position would provide supervision and security for the entire property by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner.
You will be responsible for walking and securing property facilities, posting notices, and assisting residents in using community amenities during the evening hours.
Parking enforcement, evening property walks, and an overall customer service-first approach is just part of this position's responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTSPrevious Military, public safety or law enforcement experience highly desired Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality, business, or residential setting with direct guest, resident, or customer contact Ability to handle demanding situations professionally Ability to self-supervise and work independentlyMust present a well-groomed, professional appearance Clean DMV record, valid driver's license, proof of vehicle insurancePost offer background check and pre-employment drug test will be requiredInitial part-time schedule available :
Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday:
