HR Generalist
Bilingual HR Generalist needed for a local company in Santa Maria.
This is a long-term, full-time position.
Candidate must have previous experience and good job history.
This position will be Tuesday - Saturday.
Must be flexible to work more than 40 hours a week during the busy season.
Pay range:
$15-$18 hr.
Candidates must be reliable, detail oriented and have a passion for Agriculture.
Job Duties:
HR Generalist will focus on recruiting and on-boarding new hires.
They will work with new hires to processes, screen, complete paperwork, file, check their references, and other documentation.
Must be quick, reliable and able to multi task.
Bilingual Spanish is a must as well as good computer skills with Microsoft programs.
