Part-time HR assistant
Part-time HR assistant needed to work evenings for a Santa Maria company.
This is a temp-to-hire position with a starting pay of $12 hr.
The job is 5:
30pm-10:
30pm, Monday - Friday.
This job consists of answering calls during the evenings, completing data entry projects and tracking reports from earlier in the day.
Candidates must have good communication skills and be able to speak, read and write English and Spanish.
This company is looking for computer savvy applicants that is experienced with Microsoft Word programs in addition to having a strong understanding of Outlook (sending reminders, calendar invites and scheduling appointments).
Candidates need to be good at taking directions, display strong customer service skills and exhibit friendly phone etiquette.
