Job Description:
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities Ensure the accurate reporting of the Companys financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP).
Perform in depth cost accounting analysis of manufacturing activities.
Participate in the preparation of the annual operating budget including the revenue, expense and capital expenditures Ensure that the monthly close process is completed accurately and on a timely basis Preparation and analysis of financial reporting packages (monthly, quarterly and year:
end); responsible for variance analysis of the business plan targets Oversee general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed asset management, internal audit; monitor receivables to ensure credit risk is mitigated Accounts payable function including but not limited to compliance with expense reporting, capitalization policy, and purchase order procedures Develop systems to effectively reconcile bank accounts Complete ad:
hoc reporting and analysis as needed Required Skills:
Minimum 3:
5 years progressive experience in accounting and management of accounting functions in a manufacturing environment.
BA/BS in Business/Finance/Accounting is required.
MBA/CPA is preferredStrong, self:
