HR Lead (Santa Maria, CA) job in SANTA MARIA - Sears Holdings (SANTA MARIA, CA)
o Assists in resolving associate issues; escalates issues to store manager or appropriate management as necessary.
o Maintains working knowledge Kmart's employment policies and practices and ensures awareness and compliance throughout store.
o High School Diploma required.
o 3-5 years experience in a retail environment preferred.
o Some human resources experience preferred, but not required.
o Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
o Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
o Ability to set priorities and effectively manage time.
o Proven ability to build teams and encourage/model collaboration.
o Prior experience and high comfort level with computer programs and systems.
o Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
o Strong decision making skills.
o Ability to effectively communicate with both management and associates.
o Effective oral and written communication skills.
