-Offer training and technical support for parents in the areas of developmental disability services and behavioral support.
-Act as a resource to families by supporting the development of each child's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical skills through guidance, observation, modeling and training.
As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:
Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:
1 ABA therapy High clinical quality with manageable case load.
Consistent emphasis on clinical quality through support and clinical decision models.
Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans Conduct functional behavior analysis, intake and progress assessments Support clients and families to ensure client success Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures Teach adaptive life skills Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:
1 with clients Requirements:
Board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework Experience working with clients with developmental needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI) Current TB clearance About us:
