The Leadership Team is ultimately responsible for overseeing and managing their local Crossing Guard programs in this field based position.
Leadership
Qualifications:
Be self-motivated and dependable.
Be personable, out-going, friendly and enthusiastic.
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Able to lift/ transport various items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
Availability for shifts both before and after school.
Supervisory experience preferred but not necessary.
Basic computer skills are required.
This position often requires short response times to the job site so candidates in or adjacent to Santa Maria are preferred.
Compensation is $22.
00 an hour, 5 hours a day, on school days only.
Cell phone and tablet provided.
Position is eligible for yearly bonus and mileage reimbursement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
