Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support to Human Resources and Ranch Management in areas including labor onboarding and exiting, reporting and compliance in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Assist in obtaining new hire and rehire personnel information such as benefits information, W2s, I9's, Direct Deposit, 401K and more Conduct new hire orientations and ensure employees receive accurate information including benefits, company policies, compensation, quality requirements, food safety, attendance policy and other key information Works to effectively issue and secure required employee information including employee badges, new hire packets, photos, signature cards, work hours Complete and submit accurate new hire and rehire information into Ganaz (onboarding program) Complete and submit Employment Status Change Form, Crew Transfer Sheets, vacation requests and other pertinent tracking requirements Conduct weekly ranch visits, verify attendance reports, conduct occasional staff inspections and support ranch activities, as needed Conduct exit interviews and survey for all staff Work with Payroll team to maintain labor-tracking equipment to include, but not limited to:
harvest tables, badges and probes Ensure all team members understand the quality harvesting requirements and work with the entire farming team to encourage quality harvesting Act as a liaison between the main office and the field Support in special projects and process improvements Assists HR with reasonable accommodation determination and processes for employees and coordinate with leave programs when appropriate Assists in answering team member queries about HR-related issues.
Process employees' requests and provide relevant information as directed Assists in coordinating HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications Learn and apply emerging technologies and, as necessary, to perform duties in an efficient, organized, and timely manner Update and distribute legal postings as necessary Assist HR Manager with various projects Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed Respond to applicant inquires in-person, over the phone and via email Perform other duties as assigned Bi-lingual English/Spanish Speaking and Writing a major plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
