Assistant Store Managers have the responsibility assisting the Store Manager in running a profitable store while providing guidance, developing leaders, contributing and implementing approved new ideas and strategies, and ensuring the development of themselves and the employees.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager (AM), under the guidance of the Store Manager (SM) is to assist in the responsibility for the overall operations of a store.
The primary goal of the AM is to drive same store sales, help to manage costs to run a profitable store that is up to company standards.
The AM will deliver operational training to Store Trainers and Employees.
The AM will help accomplish store goals, track results, and follow up with employees.
1st Assistant Managers are required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
