This is a position for someone with energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment, is able to effectively multi-task, and who is committed to settling into a long-term position where they can succeed both personally and financially.
This is the position for an individual with an owner-operator mindset and once training is complete, will have significant latitude to run the day-to-day aspects of the business according to their personal style and preference.
3-5 years management experience is preferred, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
This is a leadership and supervisory role.
The person in this position must be able to perform the following with expertise and confidence:
Inspire and motivate a team of retail sales people to deliver exceptional customer service.
Lead by example and be a role model with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Possess strong operational experience in retail management.
Drive sales and profitability through effective inventory management, merchandising, and working closely with ownership.
Embrace a customer-first mentality and ensure a top-notch shopping experience.
Be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and create and maintain organization.
Be respectful to others, the business, and the duties of the position.
Learn and think quickly.
