Responsibilities:
-Ability to connect with Santa Maria area builders/contractors and capture business.
- Conduct in store sales presentations to potential customers - Identify and target market segments for potential sales opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Conduct outside sales visits to meet with clients and demonstrate products or services - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales strategies
Experience:
- Proven experience in lumber/building materials sales or a related field - Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Previous experience in the Santa Maria market is required.
